I have over 20 years experience training clients one on one. I believe in integrated effective exercises to maximise cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility in short effective sessions. The STORMFITT gym is equipped to make the magic happen with functional equipment including cable and free weights, swiss balls, straps and a BodyBike spin bike.

My specialities include training:

Golfers and skiers.

As a keen golfer, I have a strong passion for training golf enthusiasts, delivering tailored training programs to improve strength and endurance on the golf course. 

I also offer great functional training programs for those skiers that like to hit the slopes on their holidays and want to be prepared physically before they go to prevent injury and ensure maximum endurance on the slopes.
